Vintage Mini Snap Coin Purse Keychain By Devon In Japan tinietreasures

This is a miniature snap coin purse keychain. It seems to be made from plastic and metal. It measures 2 3/8" across and 2" down and apprx 3/8" wide. There's a snap closure in metal and the purse itself has a black and green checkered design on the outsides. When you open it by separating the snap, there are two compartments inside made from plastic and on the middle divider it reads: By Devon made in Japan. It has a 2.5" long keychain with loop at the end. The metal does show a very slight amount of wear, other than that, it's in excellent condition. The purse is the only thing included. The props in the pictures are just holders for photos. ALSO: I tried finding information on this: how old, maker, etc..I couldn't find anything. I'm thinking it's from the 60's or 70's, but I have no idea. If you can show me info regarding age and price, I'll consider a lower offer. Other than that, I'm going with my gut on this one.
